January 2021 Lockdown

As you may know, the Government has announced that primary schools in Brent and other London boroughs are to close their buildings to all except vulnerable children, and the children of critical workers. There is more information about this decision on this link.

So from 9am on Tuesday 5 January, Malorees Infant and Junior Schools will start the new term on EYLog for Early Years, and Google Classroom for Year 1-6 with daily Google Meets and a range of learning activities. Class teachers will post all the information children need about this next week, and you may also find this short video​ made by some of our children is helpful.

We will be offering in-school learning to the children of critical workers, and to vulnerable children. More information about this will follow shortly.

We hope that the time period away from school will only be for a 2 week period, and we will share more information with you as soon as we have it. Meanwhile, we need to keep everyone at Malorees safe, happy and learning, until we can welcome you all back to our school.
